Tom Brady is a Cylon
I am a die-hard Cowboys fan, looking forward to tonight's game and even more so to next week. This causes a few jokes from my friends:
"So you remember that last year, I referred to the Cowboys as Romostar Gramatica? This year they are Romostar Folkasus. They are going to ram into a Patriotstar and explode, accidentally destroying the Colts. By then Gramatica will be all healed up so it can be Romostar Gramatica again, and then it turns out all the guys on Sportscenter are Cylons because they all hear the Monday Night Football theme over and over in the walls."
I was discussing the game today with another fan (and a reader/poster!)...
Starchild: What if Tony Romo is a Cylon?! That would explain why he is so good.
LAiaC: Nah, Romo is one of the good guys. Brady is a Cylon!
I want to make it perfectly clear that I'll be walking around in hostile territory, sporting my Romo jersey today, as I was shortly after their embarrassing loss to to the Seahawks last year. Go Cowboys!

2008 now has two highlights coming!
The return of BSG The Series... though I'm looking forward Razor... and catching those mini-sodes on FlashGordon.
Number 2... The SuperBowl rematch between The Cowboys with Romostar and The almost perfect Folkasus, and the cylon empire who will enter the superbowl undefeated. And we will defeat them. It will be glorious.
I've decided that the cylons ARE the good guys.
Interesting that there's no comment here about the fact that Doral made sure Apollo was available to do the flyby in the Miniseries, as shown in the last Razor Flashback.
Now Sarah Conner is trying to give us clues. According to her son, John Conner, on the new fox series, there is an inscription on the Temple of Apollo. It goes like this:
know thyself and thou will know all of the mysteries of the gods and the universe.
That would be fitting for apollo, since he is, theoretically, the last cylon model who has yet to "know his self." All of Lee's questions will be answered when he finally learns his true nature.
The bad news is I saw an ad that called this next BSG season... 2 months away?.. the Final Season. ugh.

I think maybe it hints to him struggling with the knowledge/possibility of being a cylon. But that's just me, watch for yoursleves.

Caprica is back... as a sci fi movie. It is a prequel, 50 yrs into the past, about the time cylons were invented. Here's a quote from an article somewhere on the web:
"According to the latest issue of TV Guide, SciFi Channel's vice president Mark Stern is claiming that the request to go ahead with Caprica is coming from the hive mind itself, NBC-Universal. "
Could be that they're talking about Kara, since her return should be considered highly suspicious.

I just finished watching the deleted scenes from season 3. Six tells Roslyn that the shared dream was a sort of projection, an ability that cylons have. the three shared dreamers were Six, Sharon and Roslyn.
Roslyn is the 12th Cylon
So we now know:

I think they will be trying to throw us off all season. This week they had gaius talking to Tori about music, like the chaotic notes of an orchestra warming up, but you never quite pick out the melody. Or something like that. I assume that Tori will be reporting back to the others that she thinks Gaius is the fifth.
Before the end of the season everyone will be suspect. My money is still on Lee.
you know, they like to do this thing where a cylon's spinal chord glows when they make love. They've only shown that with women so far, but didn't they just show us Gaius with Tori, and Gauis's back was exposed and there was no glowing.
I dunno, I've always taken the glowing as more metaphorical glowing than anything real, but exposing G-man's back would have either been a clue that he is not the fifth, or an attempt to trick us into thinking he's not a cylon.
Of course maybe guys don't glow, or maybe the five don't glow. So I'm pretty sure the clue is useless. But they did show his back, and it wasn't glowing.
I loved it!
