Baltar's Degenerate Mind
What exactly is happening to Baltar? Are the writers too focused on everyone else to mind too much about him, or is there some real, dynamic character change occuring?

He is some strange Cylon experiment tending toward humanity and madness. He certainly is under their control and is in a useful position.
