There are Twelve Models
"There are twelve Cylon models." -Battlestar Galactica Mini-series
Keep in mind that this is not only talking about the human-Cylon models, but also the other, larger models. At the end of the miniseries we saw a number of human models.
First off, we know that the Cylon base star is one of the models. This large ship holds over 250 raiders and is more powerful than the Battlestar in every single way.
Second, there are the aforementioned Cylon raiders. These are basically equivalent to the humans' viper, but have more advanced hyperlight Jump capabilities. In "You Can't Go Home Again", we learned through Starbuck's actions that the raiders are not manned. They are their own individual Cylon unit.
Last of the more mechanical Cylons are the centurions. This is the basic land-fighting unit, and is often used as a sort of personal guard for Six while on Caprica.
So let's say that the mechanical ones are 1, 2, and 3. Six is obviously number six of the models. Four and Five can be Doral (the PR guy) and Leobon. Number seven will be Boomer, who was among the human models that walked out at the end of the Mini-series. Keep in mind that these are not their set model numbers. They are just for the purpose of keeping track of all of them.
Who are models 8-12? More to follow...
